When Is It Enough?

There comes a moment in your life when you ask yourself: when is it enough? When do you stop fighting the battle you’ve been waging for so long? When do you admit that the choices you’ve made have led you down a path you can no longer straighten? When do you acknowledge that something is wrong, that things are happening in your mind that you don’t fully understand, yet they influence every step you take? And above all, when do you say sorry?

Spirituality is often spoken of in terms of destiny, divine forces or trials one must endure. Yet, at its core, true spirituality is not about submission to an external power or a predetermined fate. It is about deep connection—within ourselves, with others and with the vast, intricate web of life. It is the realization that we are not separate, but part of a greater whole, woven together by love, awareness and presence.

The Path to Liberation

Letting go is one of the most challenging yet liberating experiences in life. Whether it’s painful memories, overwhelming emotions, intrusive thoughts or limiting beliefs, learning to release what no longer serves us is essential for inner peace. But how do we truly let go? And why do certain feelings and thoughts seem to cling to us despite our best efforts?

Soul pain is a profound inner ache, one that transcends the realms of physical or emotional suffering. It reaches deep into the essence of who we are, often emerging from unresolved grief, existential longing or the haunting feeling of being disconnected from our true selves. Unlike fleeting discomforts, soul pain lingers in the quiet spaces of our being, calling us to pause and listen. It asks us to turn inward, not to escape or numb it, but to confront its meaning and purpose.
