The Path of All-Seeing

When the inner gaze awakens, Light often appears first as tiny moving points, as if a sky full of stars were shining just behind the eyelids. Sometimes these dots are white, sometimes golden, sometimes suffused with colors like deep red or violet. They dance and shift, not bound by the laws of the physical eye, but flowing freely in the field of consciousness itself.

In these moments, the Mind falls silent. There is no need to interpret, no need to explain. The stipples of Light simply are — a direct presence, shimmering with life. What might begin as scattered points gradually reveals itself as a vast field, an infinite expanse where all the sparks are connected. The meditator begins to sense that the dots are not separate at all, but facets of one continuous radiance.

The colors, too, deepen this recognition. A field of red may open like a warm embrace, grounding the soul in its raw vitality. A wave of blue may soothe the mind into spacious clarity. Violet may lift awareness into subtler dimensions, where individuality begins to dissolve. Yet beyond all colors lies the same truth: every shade is an expression of the one Light, refracted for the sake of our perception.

As attention rests in this luminous expanse, the duality of “seer” and “seen” begins to fade. The meditator does not only look at the Light — they are the Light. The points of radiance, the waves of color, the geometries and patterns, all arise within the same field of consciousness that perceives them. What seemed like an inner vision becomes a mirror, reflecting the unity of the soul with its source.

This is why meditation on Light is not only a practice of seeing, but of becoming. Every flicker, every spark, every moving point carries the invitation to step out of the confines of the Mind and rest in pure being. The Light is not something added from outside; it is the essence of what we are.

In the end, the countless dots merge into a seamless brilliance, and the meditator awakens to a truth both simple and profound: there is no separation. Consciousness is Light. Light is unity. And unity is love, shining without beginning or end.
