As one continues the meditation on inner Light and Sound, the Sound itself often begins to reveal its true nature: not merely tones or melodies, but a living current, a vibration that carries consciousness upward. It is not heard through the ears, but felt as a subtle resonance throughout the being — an invisible river flowing from the soul.
At first, it may seem faint: a hum, a distant bell or the gentle rush of wind. With patience and focus, the Sound deepens, becoming more distinct and vibrant. Some meditators perceive multiple layers of resonance, each with its own texture and rhythm, as though the universe itself is quietly singing within them.
The inner Sound has a remarkable power: it draws attention away from restless thought and habitual patterns, anchoring awareness in the present moment. Listening to it is not passive; it requires surrender, openness and trust. In doing so, the meditator is gradually lifted beyond the surface of mind, beyond linear time and ordinary perception, into a field where consciousness experiences itself as alive, unified and radiant.
This living current is intimately connected with the inner Light. Together, they form a harmonic field: vision and vibration, silence and presence, merging into one seamless experience. The meditator no longer perceives Light and Sound as separate phenomena; they are two expressions of the same infinite source.
Ultimately, the inner Sound guides the soul toward recognition of its own nature. It is both the path and the companion, ever-present, ever-flowing and always leading inward — to the core of awareness where Light, Sound, and Silence are one.
