Mystical Doily meditation: Journey of Duality and Awakening

As the meditation begins, I find myself in a space that feels both calm and restless. There is a sense of serenity, like the gentle rhythm of waves washing onto the shore. Yet, at the same time, a wind stirs, blowing in all directions, scattering the energy around me. It is a sensation of duality—two opposing forces existing side by side. The wind moves endlessly, shifting everything in its path, yet there is a strange stillness in certain aspects of this space. It is movement and stillness coexisting, intertwined yet separate.

The space around me is completely dark, enveloping me in a deep silence. The wind, though powerful, makes no sound. It moves, and yet it does not disturb the quiet. This silence, like the wind itself, carries the weight of something profound, something unseen yet ever-present. I am not just witnessing these elements; I am immersed in them. The wind becomes a manifestation of an invisible, higher energy, something beyond my understanding, yet undeniably real.

This wind represents both the known and the unknown. It sharpens the boundary between what I can grasp and what lies beyond my reach. It dances on the edge of mystery, drawing a line between my familiar thoughts and the vastness of what remains undiscovered. The experience is subtle yet intense—a whisper of a higher truth that moves just beyond my sight.

As the meditation progresses, a shift begins to occur. Out of the darkness, a red glow starts to appear. It is soft at first, like a distant light on the horizon, but it gradually intensifies. The red glow feels warm, a signal of awakening, stirring something deep within. Then, as if effortlessly, this red transforms into gold. The transition is natural, smooth, like the first light of dawn turning into the full brightness of the morning sun.

This golden light expands, filling the space around me with clarity. It is not blinding but radiant, illuminating the contrast between form and formlessness. The distinction is clear now—what once was vague and hidden now stands in full view. There is a sharpness, a precision between what I know and what remains beyond comprehension. Yet, in this moment, the unknown feels less distant. It is as though I have glimpsed beyond the veil, even if only for a brief moment.

The meditation concludes in this golden light. The Doily, like a curtain gently swaying in the silent wind, reveals the boundary between the known and the unknown, the visible and the invisible. I sense that the energy moving the Doily is far greater than I can understand, yet it is this energy that defines the experience. The wind, though unseen, is the force behind both motion and stillness, behind the journey from red to gold, from ignorance to awareness.

As I come out of the meditation, there is a newfound clarity. The experience has drawn a line between what can be grasped by the mind and what exists beyond the reach of thought. It is a reminder that while I exist in the world of forms, there is a vast, formless energy at play, moving silently through everything, waiting to be known.

This meditation, though seemingly simple, has revealed the profound dance between duality and unity, between what is seen and what is hidden, between what is known and what remains to be discovered. And at the heart of it all, the Doily moves quietly, a symbol of this eternal mystery.
